House Rules

Thank you for choosing to stay @Riverside View - Hawks Nest. 

We hope you love it as much as we do!

PROPERTY ADDRESS

2A Yamba Street, Hawks Nest (Just follow signs to the motel). 

The property is situated on the corner of Yamba and Moira Street.

Check-in/out

C H E C K - I N

​

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of your booking.  Let us know if you require early check-in and we'll  accomodate you if possible.

C H E C K - O U T

​

Check-out by 10am. Please leave keys in the lockbox or with Tea Gardens Real Estate and follow exit procedures.

Check-out

PLEASE ENSURE:

​

  1. All doors and windows are locked

  2. Dishes are washed or in dishwasher (turned on)

  3. Indoor bins taken outside

  4. Bins pushed out to the kerb

  5. Lights off

  6. Air-conditioners and fans off

  7. House is left in a respectable condition

Access

KEY LOCKBOX

Access the key from the lockbox located near the front door. The code will be sent to you via a text message on your arrival day.  All window locks should have keys in them. Please do not remove them.

TGRE (REAL ESTATE)

Pickup keys from Tea Gardens Real Estate (TGRE) if pre-arranged.  Keys should be returned to TGRE if you use this option.  

Bins

WEDNESDAY is bin collection day.

​

Please ensure bins are out on the kerb Tuesday night.

​

Failure to put out bins for collection may incur a fee

LINEN HIRE

We don't provide linens or towels.  There are quilts, blankets, pillows and tea towels. 

Bed configuration is: 1 Queen Bed, 4 single bunk beds, 1 King Bed.

​

 You are able to hire linen through TGRE, just ask them at the desk or call them on (02) 4997 1300 to pre-arrange.

 

ABOUT LINEN HIRE

Linen packs are to be collected from the office upon arrival.  The costs involved are as follows:

  • $35.00 per King or Queen bed package

  • $30.00 per Single bed package

  • A fee can be paid for a housekeeper to attend prior to your arrival and make the beds with the linen hire, these prices start from $30.00  

 

  1. Guest are required to collect the linen from the office and make the beds utilising the hire linen

  2. The linen can be left at the property upon departure and our housekeeper will collect it for laundering

  3. The local laundromat also offers a linen hire service.  Contact them directly for information on their fees (02) 4997-1422

  4. The property does NOT provide linens or towels.  There are quilts, blankets, pillows and tea towels. 

OUR QUIRKY TV

The ON button on the remote doesn't work.

​

Turn it on from the bottom right hand side of the television.

​

Use the remote as per normal.

The TV needs to be turned on from the button on the back.  The on button on the remote control does not work anymore.
